I am an Instructor at two local Community Colleges & have taught at two Universities within the Social & Human Services & Addiction Studies Programs. I received a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) Degree From the University of Washington in Seattle and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) Degree from the University of Denver in Denver Colorado.

My purpose is to support Peer Consumers/Clients/Participants of Addiction and Mental Wellness Recovery Practices while promoting:

Addiction Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Care, Trauma and Mental Wellness will be addressed as we focus on strengths.
